Justin was born on March 17th, 1994 in Manhattan New York. It was a snowy afternoon the day he was born. Just like a snowflake Justin was fragile and unique. I was so nervous because he didn’t cry right away; his umbilical cord was wrapped around his tiny little neck and that’s he couldn’t breath. It was unbelievable when I looked at his perfect and beautiful little face; I fell instantly in love with him and vowed to always be there for him. He was an amazing bright child. Always asking questions and hungry to learn new things, I was astounded how quickly he learned. Justin was interested and curious about everything. He wanted to see how things worked. He was able to take things apart and put them back together again. He was creative, if he didn’t have a part he would improvise. I was amazed to see him as young as eight years old fixing his friends’ bikes. He enjoyed fishing with his uncle and friends. He was passionate about nature. He would rescue and feed all creatures in need. His love for animals was so great that I had to set boundaries on how many animals he can bring home. Justin had dreams of becoming a veterinarian and owning a pet store. My son was very loving, giving and thoughtful to his family, friends or to anyone in need. He was full of life and had a great sense of humor. Justin was a dedicated son and grandson, a loving cousin and nephew. Justin loved life and that is his beautiful legacy that will live on.
